Services built around your child, not a checklist.

Every service at Linden Tree begins with the same belief: that understanding a child fully — their strengths as much as their challenges — is the foundation for everything that follows.

Psychoeducational Evaluations

—— OUR MOST COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE

Finally, a clear picture of how your child learns.

Parents often come to us after years of being told to 'wait and see.' A comprehensive evaluation ends the guessing — and opens the door to real support.

A psychoeducational evaluation is the most important diagnostic tool available for understanding how a child learns, processes information, and engages with the world. It is the foundation on which every subsequent intervention, accommodation, or support plan is built.

At Linden Tree, evaluations are comprehensive, strength-based, and written in plain language that parents can understand and schools can act on. Each evaluation requires 8–12 hours of professional time including testing, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and a dedicated feedback session.

The ultimate goal is for parents to understand more about their child’s strengths and weaknesses and have a clear path for their success.  A parent is the greatest advocate for their child.

—— THERAPY AND COUNSELING

A safe space for children to grow and be heard.

Every child deserves a space that belongs entirely to them — where they can think out loud, feel understood, and build the tools they need to navigate their world.

Individual counseling at Linden Tree is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered with warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity about each child's inner world. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held in person or via secured telehealth.

We work with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, school-related stress, emotional dysregulation, friendship challenges, and the social-emotional demands of growing up — especially for students whose brains are wired differently.

EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING

—— EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING

The skills schools assume children already have.

Executive functioning is the engine behind everything — focus, organization, task initiation, emotional control. When it struggles, every part of a child's day struggles too.

Executive functioning skills are the mental processes that allow a child to plan, focus, organize, remember instructions, and manage their time and emotions. Many children with ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, or anxiety have the intelligence and the desire to succeed — but struggle with the foundational "how" of getting things done.

Linden Tree's executive functioning coaching goes beyond homework help. We build real, transferable skills through individualized strategies, consistent practice, and close collaboration with families to carry skills from the coaching session into daily life.

Parents are the most powerful force in a child's life. My job is not to replace your instincts — it's to give them better tools.

Parenting a child with learning differences, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or behavioral challenges is one of the most demanding things a person can do. Linden Tree's parent consultations offer the clinical guidance and practical strategies that help families feel less reactive and more confident.

Sessions are typically 90 minutes and can be held in your home — because that's where the real challenges live. We address everything from navigating school meetings to managing evenings that feel impossible.

—— HOMESCHOOL SUPPORT

Supporting the families who teach at home.

Homeschool families are often doing extraordinary work with their children — and often doing it without the professional support they deserve. We're here to change that.

Florida homeschool families have unique needs — from annual compliance evaluations to scholarship program assessments to the challenges of educating a child with learning differences without the resources of a traditional school.

Linden Tree offers a full suite of services for the homeschool community: Florida-required evaluations, PEP and FES-UA assessments, curriculum consultation, and direct coaching for students who need specialized support. We are advocates for homeschool families and deeply familiar with Florida's requirements and resources.
